Young, Famous & African returned for its third season on January 17, 2025, and has been delivering non-stop drama and excitement ever since. The show premiered its fourth episode, titled “Who Rules the Jungle?” and it was packed with intense confrontations, surprising revelations, and romantic entanglements.
The episode began with Fantana sharing some shocking news with Nadia – she might be pregnant with Diamond’s child. Nadia’s concerns were heightened when Fantana revealed she had not yet told Diamond about the possible pregnancy. Despite her own personal struggles, Nadia offered words of encouragement and support to Fantana.
Nadia has been struggling to come to terms with the death of her partner, Kiernan “AKA” Forbes. She confessed to Fantana that she still had not sought therapy, fearing it would overwhelm her. However, after a surprise visit from Khanyi, Nadia began to open up about her feelings and consider seeking professional help.
Meanwhile, Shakib confronted Zari about her alleged desire to have another child with Diamond through surrogacy. Zari reassured Shakib that she had not asked Diamond for another child, but Shakib struggled to dispel his doubts. The tension between them was palpable, and it seemed like their relationship was on shaky ground.
The drama continued to unfold when Luis hugged Zari inappropriately in front of Shakib. Although Luis defended himself, saying it was just his way of hugging people, Shakib remained unconvinced and suspected Luis’ intentions with his wife.
The next day, the cast members went on a safari organized by Luis, but the mood quickly turned tense when Zari asked Kefilwe about her separation from her husband. Kefilwe revealed that she met her partner at a club while he was looking for a second wife, and Zari questioned her decision to stand in “second position.”
As the episode progressed, Fantana told Luis and Shakib about her possible pregnancy, and Shakib warned her about Diamond’s intentions. He advised her not to fall for Diamond’s words, but Fantana seemed unsure about what to do.
Nadia confronted Diamond about his intentions with Fantana, and Diamond revealed that he had several “situationships” and that his relationship with Fantana was not serious. He claimed that he and Fantana had a “memorandum of understanding” where each agreed not to confine themselves to one another.
Later in the episode, Nigerian filmmaker and actress Ini Edo arrived to meet with Swanky. The two discussed Swanky’s dynamics with Annie, and Ini Edo expressed excitement about meeting the rest of the cast members.
The episode ended with a dramatic party hosted by Diamond, where tensions reached a boiling point. Shakib confronted Diamond about his conversation with Zari, and Diamond disagreed with Zari’s account of their conversation. Nadia questioned Diamond about kissing another woman, and the party ended with Nadia storming out in anger.
Young, Famous & African season 3 is streaming exclusively on Netflix. With its unique blend of luxury living, romance, and drama, this season is shaping up to be the most exciting yet.
